Therapy

We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based treatments tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, couples, children, and families. Our clinical services include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A practical, goal-oriented approach that helps you identify and change unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, phobias, and other concerns.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Skills-focused treatment that teaches emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness—particularly effective for those struggling with intense emotions, self-harm, or relationship difficulties.

  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Practices and skills to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress reactivity, and improve emotional balance through breathwork, body awareness, and guided exercises.

  • Trauma-Focused Therapy: Sensitive, specialized care for those affected by traumatic experiences. We use validated approaches to safely process trauma, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and restore a sense of safety and control.

  • Family Therapy: Systemic work that addresses patterns, communication, and roles within the family to support healthier interactions, problem-solving, and mutual understanding.

  • Marital/Relationship Therapy: Evidence-based couples work to improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

  • Child and Adolescent Therapy: Developmentally appropriate interventions that support emotional growth, behavior management, school performance, and family dynamics. We partner with parents and caregivers to create consistent, practical strategies at home and school.
