What is Reiki?
Our Reiki practitioners offer a calm, grounded space for deep healing and renewal. Each brings a unique blend of compassion, skill, and presence to help you restore balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Reiki (ray-key) is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release. Through light touch or hovering hands, Reiki helps your body return to its natural state of harmony—leaving you feeling centered, peaceful, and more connected to yourself.
Reiki supports healing on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
It doesn’t replace medical or therapeutic care, but it enhances the body’s natural ability to restore balance and release what no longer serves you.
